Due to technical problems, the stairlifts in the Mikhailovsky Palace and in the Benois Wing are currently out of order.
We apologize for any inconveniences that may have been caused in connection herewith.

For all questions concerning the provision of services to disabled visitors, please call at +7 (812) 314-64-24

Free wheelchairs are available for visitors with disabilities.

Currently, the following buildings assigned to the Russian Museum have been made accessible for disabled visitors:

  • Stroganov Palace
    For any enquiries, please refer to the information desk staff or to an administrator.

  • Mikhailovsky Castle
    For any enquiries, please refer to the information desk staff or to an administrator.

  • Marble Palace

Mikhailovsky Palace:

Currently, the palace is partially outfitted with ramps. The exhibition on the ground floor is accessible.

The semi-basement of the main building has specially-equipped restrooms and a cafeteria.

Benois Wing:

Outfitted with ramps; the stairlifts to the first floor are temporarily out of service.

There is a cafeteria on the ground floor.
