Mikhailovsky Palace:

Currently, the palace is partially outfitted with ramps. The exhibition on the ground floor is accessible.

The semi-basement of the main building has specially-equipped restrooms and a cafeteria.

Benois Wing:

Outfitted with ramps; the stairlifts to the first floor are temporarily out of service.

There is a cafeteria on the ground floor.
