Memo for people with limited mobility

Dear visitors!

We invite you to make yourself familiar with the information regarding the order in which the Benois Wing provides access for immobile visitors and people with other disabilities, the features of providing our services and additional aid from the museum personnel.

• Parking spots for visitors with disabilities are placed next to the entrance to the management of The State Russian Museum, on Injenerniy st., building 2-4. There are no lowered boarders on the path from the parking lot.

• The entrance and lobby of the Benois Wing are equipped with ramps.

• Services in the museum are provided on the ground, 1^st and 2^nd floors. The exhibition on the 1^st floor is available for wheelchair access and viewers with other immobilizing disabilities.

• Responsible for organizing the reception and provision of services for people with disabilities and limited mobility at the museum: Head of the department of administrative and organizational work E. Kuznets, tel. +7 812 314 64 24.

Additional information

• While visiting the Benois Wing you have foldable chairs available for use. Stands with the foldable chairs are located on the first floor next to the stairs outside of the restaurant

• We also offer free strollers for hire. You can request the strollers from the administration.
