The State Russian Museum. Painting of the Eighteenth - Twentieth Centuries Thank you, Ural!

The catalogue accompanies the Thank you, Ural! exhibition dedicated to the victory in the Great Patriotic War. The publication is based on the reproductions of works evacuated from the besieged city thanks to the efforts of the State Russian Museum curators and their colleagues from the museums situated in the rear, behind the Urals. Not a single work of art perished due to the selfless labour of hundreds of museum workers. The catalogue also includes the propaganda material of the war period published in Perm. The curators of the State Russian Museum contributed their article on the agitation workshops.
