The publication introduces the oeuvre of Alexandra Vertinskaya, a young Moscow artist and actor. It comprises articles on the artist's manner and subjects, a catalogue, and an album of illustrations. The album part includes A. Vertinskaya's works of 1992-2000 from the Shells, Summer Garden, Venice, and Flowers series, which are mainly paintings, silk-screens and mixed-media; plus some works of her study years. These are accompanied with the artist's brief biography and the list of major exhibitions she participated in.

The publication was produced with the help of Gallery D137 Fund for Support of Non-Commercial Art Projects.
