"Cervantes in the Russian art” exhibition opened on 20 July, dedicated to the 400th death aniiversary of the writer. On display are 47 paintings and graphic works of XIX-XX centuries reflecting the personality of the artist and his most famous protagonists – Don Quixote and Sancho Panza. The exhibition comprises the works of such prominent Russian artists as Ilya Repin, Vera Ermolaeva, Stepan Galaktionov, Geliy Korzhev and others.

Over 70 masterpieces from the State Russian Museum on display at Bologna Museum of Modern Art. The artworks show the developing styles and the dynamics of development of such artists as Natalia Goncharova, Kazimir Malevich, Wassily Kandinsky, Marc Chagall, Ilya Repin, Valentin Serov and Alexandr Rodchenko among the others.
