The exhibition in the Marble palace presents works by the prominent St Petersburg artist Oleg Yakhnin, master of the art of painting, graphics and book illustration. After graduating from the Academy of Arts - Ilya Repin State Academic Institute for Painting, Sculpture and Architecture in Leningrad he became well-known in Russia as well as abroad. Yakhnin's exhibition in the Russian Museum is his artistic report for 45 years of work; it includes around 150 paintings, watercolors, etchings and lithographs, made by the artist between late 1970-s and 2015.
