The exhibition presents artworks by artist and collector Annamukhamed Zaripov and paintings from his collection. Zaripov began to collect in 1973. Now his collection contains hundreds of paintings, graphic works, sculptures and works of applied and decorative arts of the XX-XXI centuries mainly. Special part of his collection is the artworks by artists of one of the brightest periods of Russian art of 1960s – 1980s. It was the period of active quests of new ways in art. Exactly at that time Zaripov found himself as artist, as well as his numerous friends and contemporaries (T. Nazarenko, N. Nesterova, A. Zverev, E. Strulev, brothers A. and P. Smolins etc.)
