The exhibition presents more than 100 works of painting and installations of 1960-2000 created by a contemporary German artist Bernard Schulze. He was born in 1915, got his education in 1930s in the Institute of artistic education (Berlin) and in the Academy of Arts (Dusseldorf). Nowadays he lives and works in Cologne. The exhibition of B.Schulze first introduces such wide, and very important for understanding German post-war art, sphere of art as Informel to the Russian audience. It is so important because it is both an international and a very German phenomenon.
