Dear visitors, we would like to invite you to traditional Russian festival! It will pass in the Summer Garden in the last day of Maslenitsa (Pancake week) - 13 of March 2016.We offer you to take part in traditional games, competitions and amusements (like the Battles of Fathers Frost, the running in sacks, the team skis, etc..). Also you could listen to some music groups and see the performance of St. Petersburg Puppet Theatre "Reticule".
For children there will organized workshops on painting the gingerbreads, the production of dolls, birch bark weaving. Also the Russian Museum prepared an unusual gift for young visitors - the information platform "Festival History" dedicated to the appearance of Maslenitsa in Russia, its traditions and customs.
All entertainments are included in the ticket price.
13 of March, from 12 p.m. to 6 p.m.
