The publication is dedicated to the artist´s 30th death anniversary. This is the first ever full-scale publication presenting the master´s oeuvre to Russian experts and art lovers.

The book includes articles by foreign art critics on different sides of the artist´s oeuvre, album with illustrations and catalogue information, brief biography and bibliography. The publication is supplemented with fragments of the artist´s thoughts and articles on his oeuvre and archive photographs.

The album section contains the reproduced works by Andre Lanskoy of 1923-76. They feature the creative path of the artist. The series of illustrations (45 gouaches) by Andre Lanskoy for the Genesis is of great interest. The artist created them while working at the text from the Bible in the 1960s. Most of the artworks have been published for the first time.
