The information desks are situated in the Mikhailovsky Palace, The Benois Wing and St. Michael's Castle in the ticket halls. Here you can get information on the working hours of the museum, temporary exhibitions, events, lectures and concerts held at the Russian Museum. You can also find floor plans of the permanent exhibition and other printed materials.
