Memo for people with limited mobility
Dear visitors!
We invite you to make yourself familiar with the information regarding the order in which the Marble Palace provides access for immobile visitors and people with other disabilities, the features of providing our services and additional aid from the museum personnel.
There are no special parking spaces provided for people with disabilities. Parking is available in normal places.
The entrance to the palace is equipped with a ramp. The button to call museum personnel is placed at the entrance to the ramp.
Museum services are provided on floors 1, 2 and 3. The palace is equipped with a lift for wheelchair users and a portable ramp. To use them, contact the administrator. The facility is partially accessible to people with disabilities and other people with limited mobility.

Additional information
We offer free strollers for hire. You can request the strollers from the administration.
A toilet accessible to visitors with limited mobility is located on the 2nd floor of the Marble Palace. To use it, contact the administrator.
