Philippe Starck: Vanity Case

Born in 1949, Philippe Starck is a world-renowned French designer and architect. One of the new streets in Paris created by his project bears the name of the architect- 'Rue Starck'. Since 1980 and up to present time Philippe Starck has become a winner of more than 20 prestigious awards in the field of design. 'Vanity Case' exhibition was organized in 1997 and first shown in Barcelona. The exhibition consists of 80 items - ranging from toothbrushes to architectural models -all of which are exhibited in individual cases and accompanied by the designer's comments.
