The exhibition of historical and archival photography will demonstrate images of the everyday life in Russia in 1860-1940-s - from the views of small provincial towns and church architecture to the intense construction in the early XX century Russia and disasters of the II World War, from the images of the soviet-time childhood to the works of the unknown avant-garde photographer. The exhibition will include around 200 pieces.The collection of masterpieces, chosen by the Russian Museum will allow you to make a first impression of the collection of the Russian Museum.
Russian Museum - one of the world's largest museums and is perhaps the only country where such a full treasure of national culture are presented.
