Memo for people with limited mobility

Dear visitors!

We invite you to make yourself familiar with the information regarding the order in which the Mikhailovsky Castle provides access for immobile visitors and people with other disabilities, the features of providing our services and additional aid from the museum personnel.

• There are no special parking spaces provided for people with disabilities. Parking is available in normal places.

• At the entrance to the palace in front of the stairs there is a sign with tel. 570-51-12, which can be used to call the employee responsible for the institution.

• The entrance to the palace is carried out by a bridge with stone pavement. The entrance area of ​​the palace is not equipped with lifting devices. Access for wheelchair users to the building can be difficult.

• Services in the museum are available on the 1st and 2nd floors. In order to use the lift, contact the administrator.

• The facility is partially accessible to people with disabilities and other people with limited mobility.

• We offer free strollers for hire. You can request the strollers from the administration.

• The palace does not provide a speciality toilet for visitors with limited mobility.
