“Eat Your Way Across Russia” is a project paying tribute to Russian national cuisine. With this project we aim at preserving and promoting selected aspects of Russian food culture to the global audience.“Eat Your Way Across Russia” showcases the wonders of the country to its citizens, as well as
globally, and highlights the connections between cultures. It collects stories and traditions from the
country’s 45 regions. It’s a thorough online retrospective celebrating and highlighting the diversity
of traditions and culture behind the Russian Gastronomy.
Done in collaboration with the Federal Agency for Tourism of the Russian Federation and 3 major
cultural institutions - The State Tretyakov Gallery, The State Russian Museum, and Mosfilm Cinema
