Memo for people with limited mobility

Dear visitors!

We invite you to make yourself familiar with the information regarding the order in which the Stroganov Palace provides access for immobile visitors and people with other disabilities, the features of providing our services and additional aid from the museum personnel.

• Parking Spaces are located at the yard of the Stroganov Palace, which you can access through the Nevsky Prospect.

• You can contact the museum personnel by pressing the button at the central entrance.

• The entrance for visitors in wheelchairs is located in the yard. To access the entrance, please contact museum personnel by pressing the button.

• Services in the museum are available on the 1st and 2nd floors. The palace is equipped with a lift for visitors in wheelchairs and portable ramps. To use them, contact the administrator. The facility is partially accessible to people with disabilities and other people with limited mobility.

• Responsible for organizing the reception and provision of services for people with disabilities and limited mobility at the museum: Head of the department of administrative and organizational work E. Kuznets, tel. +7 812 314 64 24.

Additional information:

• We offer free strollers for hire. You can request the strollers from the administration.

• A specially equipped toilet is located on the 2nd floor of the Stroganov Palace in the Greek Room. To use it, contact the administrator.
