New rules for visiting the museum!
Dear Visitors,
Pursuant to Order of the RF Ministry of Culture No. 1737 of October 26, 2021 “On the operation of federal cultural organizations under the supervision of the RF Ministry of Culture during the non-working days from October 30, 2021 to November 7, 2021 and after”, and Decree of St Petersburg Governor No. 78 – pg of October 23, 2021:
For the purpose of implementing Decree of the President of the RF of October 20, 2021 No. 595 “On designating non-working days in October and November 2021 on the territory of the Russian Federation”, we wish to inform you that:
1. As of October 30, 2021, visitors to the Russian Museum must present a two-dimensional barcode (QR code)** confirming their vaccination against the novel coronavirus infection or recovery from the disease.
** a QR code obtained using the special app of the Unified Portal of Public Services that confirms that the holder has received both components of a vaccine against the new coronavirus infection that has undergone state registration in the Russian Federation. or else a single-component vaccine.
2. Persons without Russian citizenship must present a document in paper form or in the form of a two-dimensional bar code (QR code) indicating a negative PCR test for detecting the novel coronavirus infection, performed no more than 24 hours prior to visiting the museum.
3. Those under 18 years of age are permitted entry to the museum provided they have personal protective equipment.
Those without the above documents are eligible to receive a refund for any pre-purchased tickets.
4. Rules of return of the ticket
The Payment for the paid Booking shall be returned only for the bookings made on the Museum's Website by means of the Bank Card and not received at the Museum's Ticket Offices. Money back is only possible in case your refund application is properly filled. For the procedure of the ticket return see the User Agreement.,cl. 7.7.
